Set 20+ meters above sea level, the Hilltop Village of Ancient Sands offers beautiful views of the surrounding golf course, lagoons and sea. The newest luxury addition to El Gouna’s collection, the resort introduces an entirely new product and experience for you, our guests.FACILITIES: Pools Our resort offers 5 swimming pools spread around the resort for your use. Please be thoughtful of your neighbors whilst using the pools. No lifeguards on duty and swimming is at your own risk. Golf Driving range is currently open in addition to a few playable holes. Be one of the first to play on the 18-hole Karl Litten golf course. The Golf shop is located in the Lobby. Beach The Marina Beach located just next to Moods on the tip of the Abu Tig Marina; towels are provided in your room and can be exchanged on request. Internet access in the guestrooms is chargeable; please ask at the Reception for more details.

Note from the hotel: There is currently construction beside the hotel’s main gate. The site it outside of the hotel premises, but noise disturbance in hotel may occur. This will be ongoing until 30 June 2025.
