Resort located with private beach located on 90 acres of area in the centre of the ecological and and historical sites of the Okurcalar region, between Side and Alanya, close to the mediterranean sea. The Delphin Botanik Hotel is located close to its own private beach, in Okurcalar region, 32 km to Side and 30 km from Alanya. Antalya airport is 90 km from the resort.

The facilities and services include 24 h reception, lobby area with lifts, a variety of restaurants and bars, outdoor pools with children´s section, water slides, sun terrace with a pool bar, gardens, conference and meeting facilities, shops, mini club (4-12 years old), playground, activities programme and evening entertainment with Turkish nights. The sports facilities include tennis court, table tennis, billiards, volleyball and water sports. It also features an Spa and wellness centre with Turkish bath, fitness centre, sauna and a fully equipped beauty saloon and massage service (both with extra charge).
