Located just four miles from Kos Town, Agios Fokas in Greece is a fantastic beach which partly consists of black sand and pebbles with the rest being luxurious white sand. Although it is less frequented than other beaches on the island, it is still popular for luxury holidays in peak season, with one of its attractions being that it is partly a nudist beach. There is just one hotel located in the immediate area – The Michaelangelo Hotel and Spa – and this provides good five-star accommodation with excellent service, dedicated staff and fabulous food. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in Kos Town, with a regular bus service available, and the nightlife in the town is excellent.
