The newest apartment building is located directly in the corner of Metzer Strasse and Strassburger Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg, currently the hippest Berliner district. The area around the water tower and Kollwitzplatz are perfect for walks through the numerous small streets with their small shops, boutiques and galleries.
