Meloneras is a new tourist area offering high quality accommodation in a peaceful area. Meloneras is west of Maspalomas in the south of the island, and has two beaches nearby, Meloneras and Las Mujeres.
Maspalomas sand dunes are a 1.2 km walk along the sea front promenade which also takes you past the lighthouse and Varadero shopping centre. The resort also features a fantastic 18 hole golf course.
