Mojacar is a tranquil little resort that is a firm favourite with families and couples looking to enjoy a relaxed Spanish atmosphere and plenty of modern facilities. Old Mojacar is an enchanting hilltop village of white washed stone houses that rise above the modern beachside resort. The village is heavily influenced by past and present artists, and the winding little streets, art galleries and traditional tavernas still exude a bohemian atmosphere. The beach at Mojacar is a 7Km stretch of golden sand and is actually many different beaches; Mojacar beach itself has been awarded the European Blue Flag status.

Although Mojacar is the place for relaxation there are plenty of watersports activities including scuba diving and windsurfing. There is also a nearby golf course or why not try horse riding through the spectacular Sierra Nevada National Park. Mojacar features plenty of bars and restaurants and can be a lively place during the summer evenings.
