Situated in the foothills of Talaia Mountains approximately 1 km from the beach and 500m from the centre of the village Bali. The apartments is divided into 4 districts in an area of approximately 10 acres. The houses is built of natural stone inside and out with unpainted surfaces.

Facilities and services include swimming pools, a children's pool, restaurant, bar, pool bar and parking.
