The hotel has no reception or staff within the building. You´re given a code of 4 numbers and a symbol by telephone or by email for the main door and your room when you book, and staff are on hand in the Dalt Murada (via an automatic phone line) to deal with any problems.
The hotel has no lift and does not offer breakfast service.
Rooms are small and basic with traditional furnishings, all spotessly clean. All rooms are cleaned daily and have a small Jacuzzy. Rooms are cleaned daily.
